Those who practice Kendo multiple times a week know the heel pain that comes with it. With Fumikomi, the padding on regular heel pads tend to wear down quickly. 

This heel pad is extremely durable and extra thick, designed to last throughout hours of tough practice. This is the heel pad chosen by national team members and high ranking Sensei. 

週に何度も剣道の稽古をする剣士は、通常のかかとサポーターのパッドはすぐに摩耗してしまい、かかとの保護が不可能になります。このかかとサポーターは耐久性に優れ、厚みがあり、厳しい稽古にも耐えられるように設計されているので海外の硬い床にも対応可能です。

I wear US size 9 shoes. In these heel supporters, I prefer to use size 3L.
